Not working tool on DD

Hi, I think there is a page with a tool that doesn't work. You need to select an item from a list, but you can't.

Or maby is it just a bug at my computer, can someone check this?

That does seem like a bug, though. While it will only function in IE, there's no reason it should be blocked for developers installing it using FF, etc.
It's not a big problem, though, because it is not very useful (since it's not cross browser).
