Keyword Search Box script, came across it but can't find it anymore

I once came across a keyword search feature on Dynamic Drive. The page author would list the keywords in some type of 'hidden' field with specific urls for the results. when you pressed search you would actually be directed to a particular webpage not a results page like google does. The problem is now i cannot find this script .

This is useful for me as i it will allow me to give someone a 'pass-phrase' code that would allow that one person to be directed to the page. its almost private but is different in the fact that the person doesn't have to register/log in.

Help please. Anyone.
