resizable and movable popup with javascript

Hi.

i have one application where there are many dialog box are hidden using "display:none" property and when user click on button JavaScript change style property from none to block. with this problem is that user is not able to resize and move the window.

if i use JavaScript pop up it opens in new window or tab.

is there any way with which i can make the pop up resizable and movable without opening in another tab/window.
