Hmm hard to say based on that error, though my guess is there is an unclosed tag or invalid HTML somewhere within your menu markup (UL list) that's the culprit. Try validating your page and see if that fixes the issue.

Where you have:

<LI><A href="http://www.gowindholz.net/servlet/the-Hardware/Categories" rel="submenu9">Hardware</A></li>

and 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, there are no sub menus for those, so of course there will be an error.
