Default Problem with Autumn Leaves doc effect

My question concerns the Autumn Leaves document effect, http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex3/leaves.htm. I placed the code in my blog, and saved the graphics to Flickr, but when the leaves fall across my page they are surrounded by a white box. Why is this, and can it be fixed? (In the mean time, I have removed the code from the blog.)

    When you say:

    "saved the graphics to Flickr"

If you mean you created animated images or changed the images in any way, you need to make sure that the background color of the new images is transparent. If the image is a .gif or .png, this is an option available during the saving/optimization process in most image programs. For this script, .gif is best.

    Thanks--I'll look into that.
