Default Some strange css (float?) (zoom?) issues

I'm having some css issues. There's a lot of various structure involved and it would take me quite a bit to dig out all the specific css, so I'd rather just post a link and maybe someone could firebug it for me... Please. Here are the two issues.

    1) url removed

In the toolbar above the product listing you'll notice a grid and list button. They are supposed to be side by side, and they are in firefox mac. But in IE and firefox pc they are stacked. The really strange thing is, if you remove the float on those objects in firebug, there is a gap at the bottom of each one. Not sure where it comes from. Please help.

    2) url removed

There is a box on the home page that fades in and out. There is a little box in there with a message. You'll see it in firefox. It doesn't show up in IE though. If anyone could venture a guess as to why, that would be great.

If I need to dig through and post code, I'll do that. Let me know.

    Thanks,
    Brandon

    Default Got # 2

I figured out #2. It just needed the left attribute set to 0px. Kind of stupid that that isn't just assumed. Still struggling on #1 though.

    Default Solved

I had some nbsp's that were breaking the line.
