Java Image Slider Errors and Improvements

Hello Friends,

Pls have a look at the Image slider Running on the top of hompage of www.exactbooks.in See If anyone can help me?

Error - After about 50 Images have slid past, the javascript starts another instance and puts it on top of the running slider. Meaning that therre are 2 sliders running at the same time. Can you help me in resolving it?

Improvments -
1 - The Images run from left to right, Can I use some arrows at both the ends and make the slider move in the required direction, like what is happening at http://books.rediff.com/

2 - The java slider shows the first image at the middle and then starts sliding, Can I have it fill-up the full frame (where it is supposed to slide) before it actually starts.
