Expand script with more menus

1) Script Title: Drop down menu w/ description

3) Describe problem: I'd like to know how I can expand this script with more drop down menu's that are linked together. So when somebody selects an item from the first drop down menu, a description appears underneath it and options become available in the second drop down menu. When they select an item there, another description apppears underneath it and more options appear in the next menu, and so on.

In total I need 5 of those menu's. Can anybody please help me?

Have you checked out Chained Select menu?

Yes of course, but that one doesn't have a description box, which is what I need. But thx for replying.

Does Chained Select menu fit your needs exactly, minus the description? If so it's a lot easier to edit this script for the description rather than the single drop down menu to be chained instead.

yes it does. That menu is perfect, it only have to have the option to add a description. And if possible make it so that I could add a table into that description part. (so the description doesn't have to be added into a textarea box) And it would be even better if the description area's can appear underneath every drop down menu.

But if it's easier to add a description than to change the previous one named into a chained drop down menu, then would you be so kind to help me create it for me? I've tried endlessly, but I keep getting stuck.
