Image burning programs

Does anyone know any good image burning programs that are free. I want to convert an .iso file.

Basically I need to make another CD to allow me to use OPHCRACK during a boot up.

Also, How would I go about doing this to a USB Flash drive? I have booted off of it by using a cd, but If I put ophcrack in a folder in my flashdrive it does not boot, If it is not in anyfolder, than it boots up and an error occurs.

Since the very beginning ISO Recorder has been a free tool (for personal use).
