Yes, it works. If you have a browser like Firefox, you can check it yourself, just click the feed icon in the address field.

Thanks for checking. I'v subscribed but when i use my rss reader it shows up as an error when it notes an update. I have just updated the page. Did you subscribe to the feed? If so can you check that you have notification of an update.

Yup, I did and it works fine, no error. I'm on Windows XP on Firefox 3.5.6

Can someone clarify something for me.

I have approx 80 pages on my website. I have only created one rss feed page http://www.bioenergyhealing.org.uk/rsstest.rss
Each of the pages have a link to the same rss page. The rss page has links to the primary pages of the website.

What i want to achieve is that if i update one of these primary pages then the visitor gets a notification. I am not sure that the setup i have at the moment does what i want. Can someone advise me what structure i need.
