tooltip and google

I implemented the tooltip script (excellent!!!) on all the pages of my website and since then, google can't find it, even with the website name...
I noticed that sometimes, when I call a page, the arrow of the tip is first displayed on the right-top corner and then the page is loaded. Maybe the googlebot stops at that stage and doesn't see the page content...
I'm a bit confused , did you have that kind of problem?

A script shouldn't stop the almighty googlebot.

If you've drastically changed your website content since the last time the bot scanned you, it may well have just demoted your site's level of priority. Try submitting it for scanning again.
