Iframes are the things that you can use to have a menu on one side, a header on top and another frame where, when you click on a link, it loads into without changing the entire page? Right? If not then what are? Thanks. JF

Iframes (inline frames) could conceivably be used for that but, that is not what they really are for. What you are describing is most often accomplished using framed content from a frameset page (usually referred to simply as 'frames').
