ddaccordion: change position after togglehtml

I would like to add two images in front of the header; I have changed suffix to prefix, but it doesn't work.

from the demo page? If you have used "prefix" correctly and it still doesn't work, you must have some style (most likely - like a float) and/or markup that is affecting this. If you want more help:
