    Default Gap Between Tables

    I am having trouble getting my text in one table closer the table above it which is where my flash table. The url is www.csbfitness.com. I am a rookie at this and this was a bought template so this is how it came as far as the tables are concerned. Any help here would be appreciated. Here is the existing code

    you can use

    <td valign="top">

    for the <td> which contains your table that you want to move up.
