Current Tab issues

Love the tabs on here. One thing tripping me up though – on the templates where the tabs ‘pop out’ on the current or active page, the code doesn’t follow on – just stays on the same tab the whole time, no matter what page is selected. Something to do with how i’m linking pages perhaps?:

<li><a href="index.php?page=Useful_Links">Useful Links</a></li>

Any help greatly appreciated.
