    Question Div tag not where I want it?!

    Hello, My daughter and I are currently remaking our website and we're having trouble having the div tag containing the navbar show where we want it to on the web browser. We're sort of new at creating websites and have little knowledge about coding, but we're learning. Anyway. In dreamweaver, where I place the div, it's perfect. But then I few it on her computer and it's shifted to the right a bit and on my computer which is about double the size of hers it's all the way to the left. How do I keep it where I want it?

    heres the site we're working on: www.gangsterpb.com/index2.html.

    I appreciate your help.

    Hi there gangsterpb,

    I am sorry about that.
    I made an error when preparing the files for the attachment.

    If you go back to my previous post and download it again it will now work OK.

    Hi there gangsterpb,
    ...it still only shows the background..
    I downloaded it from Dynamic Drive Forums and tested it again.
    The navigation was positioned correctly and worked OK in IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari.

    Hi there gangsterpb,

    I must apologize again for my stupidity.
    I have found another typing error that causes failure in IE6+ browsers, thanks to jscheuer for pointing me in the right direction .
    If you change this comment in the index.html file...
    <![endif-->
    ...to this...
    <![endif]-->
    ...I guarantee that your page will then display correctly in IE browsers.

    Thank you so much! Happy Thanksgiving! Much appreciated. ** And I was also wondering if I could have your email if I have further questions and if you could reccomend any training books or training videos so I could learn how you did this so I'm not much of bother. Thank you again.
