HTML coding of a dynamic date in MS Frontpage 2002

Hi everybody,
I use ms frontpage 2002 regularly to design my sites, any time I insert the date it simply never updates itself automatically as regards daily visits to the site. I used some of the date scripts found in dynamicdrive archive but to no avail after doing all I was asked to. Pls can somebdy assist me. Thanx.

Frontpage tends to mess around with scripts, doing a lot of damage. Design the rest of your site in FrontPage first if you must, then add in the script with a plain old text editor.
