Marquee Centering Problem

I have Tried to Center my marquee, but any html tags i use; never work. The Problem is, i cannot get my marquees to center their background.

Here is the code:

You see, i have a background on it, and its black, but i cannot center it, its always aligned to the right or left, never center. I want it to be a good smooth html marquee. And i want it to be centered, if i need to replace some tags; ill do it. Any help?

HI,

I have checked this in firefox, ie7/6 and it's working fine. All the marquee are centrally aligned.

Let me know which browser you are using so i can comment on this better.

im using Internet explorer, but try it without the java script, it is more centered.
