In IE 8.0 randomly the submenu will be completely out of alignment when opened and closed multiple times

To duplicate the problem in Internet Explorer 8.0
1. Add an item to the shopping cart worth more than $10.00
2. Click on Checkout by hovering over the Cart Button
3. Repeatedly open and close the Billing and Shipping Address Menus, eventually the Shipping Address will look like this image below. It might take 5-10 tries to get it to show error. The only reason this bothers me is because on occasion the alignment issue will show up the first time you go to enter shipping address information and it looks very unprofessional.
