Find this in the main script and add the highlighted:

		var slideshow=this
		var setting=slideshow.setting
		if (!setting.nomousepause && setting.displaymode.type=="auto" && setting.ismouseover && setting.currentstep<=setting.totalsteps){ //if slideshow in autoplay mode and mouse is over it, pause it

			return
		}

Then in your on page declaration add the highlighted, ex:
