"recipes" is content, not format. Also, "script" usually means a simple thing on a page (like a popup window script). If you want a complex setup for dealing with displaying, saving and editing recipes, then you will need something more than a "script" probably.

What features should this have? What language(s) can you use? Do you want a database, just html files, or something else? Who gets access, and how do you want to set that up?
