I am looking for a way to automatically forward an rss twitter feed to a mailing group.

I have looked at websites that provide this service (FeedMyInbox, RSSForward), but none of them allow you to customize the feed, and they all patch on a load of adverts.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do this? Or where I should start looking?

I was thinking maybe a php rss reader, and then some sort of auto-email if there is a change to the feed.
