Need help with my dropline menu...

Hi,
If someone can take the time to help me out... I am using a jquery drop line menu..that i downloaded from this site...
everything is great except for one thing... the menu tags that have the drop line, appear in the homepage as a longer box (with cross box tag, the same ones that is in the browser to close the window).. i dont know what to do...
here is the script of the home page by the header:

if i understand

the tab menu with sub menu appear " tabname X " if so
ur missing the arrow img go to the page and download it and put it where the css or js says to put it
