Looking for this effect, I have the URL

looking for the effect that once the page loads, it loads that banner image over the content and links to another site for the user to click over to.

Now i looked at the source and grabbed the .js file and copied the <script> info but doesnt seem to be working.. I figured I would post here cause you guys are pro's with indentifying these things and I would greatly appreciate the help, as I'm kind of learning how these things are going
