Pop-it Menu Fixed Positioning

3) Describe problem: Currently, the pop out item section moves around depending on where you place the cursor. Is there any way to make it so the pop out items are fixed, preferrably to the right of the main link?

Thanks, while that won't work for this particular site, I have another site that I just installed that menu on and it's working beautifully (the bottom link for Sport & Team Trophies has the pop out): http://www.noveltytrophies.com/test1.html
