Positioning Enlarged Image Placeholder

3) Describe problem: The enlarged image is displaying on the very far right side of my page. I am unsure of how to adjust the positioning of the enlarged image if that is even a possibility. I'm hoping to shift this up and to the left. Right now it blocks a portion of my template when used. I attached an as is and to be image of how the code is rendering. Any advice or resources you may know of (for a java illiterate...) would be greatly appreciated.

From the looks of your images, I think you are either using this script:

or perhaps should be, not the one linked to in your post. The one from your post positions the larger image in the center of the window, over all other content, with a box around the image that includes a close button. You images do not show that. But it is possible you are using anything and have either modified it and/or have something strange going on with your layout.

To really help with this though, it would be good to have a link to the page where you are trying this:

I just threw this up on my host. I've been working on it in dreamweaver. Thank you so much for taking a peek! The script works as expected. I just need to reposition where the enlarged image is displayed. It looks like there are a few places to adjust that in the java script, but when I tried I sort of destroyed it... So I am really hoping for a push in the right direction.

I'm doing something similar on www.59belts.com. If you mouseover the 5 small images toward the bottom of the home page, you'll see larger pop-up png images. The placement is controlled by CSS (#popup) and the opening and closing by javascript. The client wants mouseover control, but I think click would be better. You can do it either way. Unfortunately, this code does not use css to control the placement of the larger image.... (tried and broke things quite a few times). The placement seems to be controlled within the javascript itself. I can successfully apply java to a website for functions like this or pop up windows, but do not understand enough to change it's configuration successfully. It looks like there are a few different lines in the code for this image gallery code where the placement of the enlarged image might be controlled. I'm just not sure which line (if any) is the right one or how to actually make the change. I'm not looking for a free resource because I think in other areas I could make a positive contribution to this community, just a push in the righht direction to get it figured out. That and I love to learn.

I figured out how to move the entire gallery % and enlarged image placement) vertically and horizontally. The struggle is with understanding how to relocate the enlarged image placement independant of the thumbnail images. I tried adding a div code, but it distorts everything. Does anyone know which line in the java source code (if any) would allow for this type of placement adjustment?

script. However, I did so 'kicking and screaming', but the outcome was acceptable both to me and the person originally asking for help. As a result though, the advice may be hard to follow. If so, feel free to ask questions here as to how to fine tune this to your situation.
