upload files with php

hi friends, i want to add a feature of file uploads in PHP, i know how to implement simple files uplods for image n lightweight files

i just want to upload video files, that takes about 10 mins to uploads, in mean time i want to show a progressbar and the remaining time on the screen....

as its shown in youtube.com when we upload any video file...


plz help me by giving ur valuable suggestion to show the remaining timer and progressbar on the screen
