Looking for a script to sell PDF online.

What do you want, exactly?

Do you want an online store? Anything specific?

Do you want logins or just links and downloads?

Generally I'd suggest just looking on google until you find something you like.

And pay for it-- if you get a free script it might work, but when dealing with money/transactions I'd feel a lot better knowing I paid for a decent script rather than just found the cheapest (perhaps unsecure) option out there.
Plus, if it is a store it's not like you're doing to not make enough money back from it soon anyway, so you can afford to pay a little for the script.

i am ok to pay... but i am looking not for a shopping cart thing.

i already have joomla and virtuemart setup!

just looking for simple thing to preview Pdf's so that i can then implement it along with joomla & virtuemart.

So you just want a way to show parts of pdfs before they buy?

The best way to do that is only display part of the content, even in a "sample.pdf", removing enough content they still want to buy the material.
Alternatively, you could just use an image gallery of a few pages.

You may be able to find a pdf viewer like in gmail, but I haven't seen one (but it probably exists if you're not just looking for free scripts). The problem there is that once you show them the pdf I'm not sure why they would buy it still. Depending on the script is may not be possible to save the pdf from the preview, but once you reveal the content they can always take a screen capture, cut/paste, etc., and they'll have the content anyway.
If you want to get paid for it, don't show them before they pay, or show a low quality version, watermarked, etc.
