3) Describe problem:
There seems to be a problem with the script displaying the drop-down menu. I first tried to copy the demos on a page and it does not display the drop-down:

This is the page I am trying to use the script on:

I am not sure if I am missing something or if it; a greater problem. I'd appreciate any help.

Note: I am using Firefox on a Mac.
