News Scroller

My requirement is that i have two sections Admin and User -

Admin: textbox to add NEWS to MS SQL database.

User Home page: News scroller that reads the news from the database and displays (scrolls right to left) it

Both admin and user page is done in ASP.

I need a script that can read the values from MS SQL db and scroll it. Pls post a script for this.
