3) Describe problem: At the moment, it's only possible that the last drop-box to have a link, and when you click GO it will open it, but I want the possibility so that the 2nd drop-box (because at some point, the first level has only a sub-menu, not a sub-sub-menu) to have a link and when you click GO to open it.

Can it be done!? If yes... how?!
