3) Describe problem:

I have installed this code on my website, but for some reason it's not working properly. The fields labeled with the "memorize" class are showing values of "100" and I have no idea where that's coming from. Each field also has a Value in the field (i.e. Name, Email, etc), and another class where when the user clicks in a field, the value disappears. Even if I take this class out to only include "memorize", it's still showing "100" and I can't figure it out. Any ideas???
