The Most Lightweight Modal Window

I'm looking for the most lightweight, flexible Modal Window. Any help would be much appreciated.

I could be wrong, but in my experience the two are mutually exclusive. The more flexibility (optional features) you have, the greater the code weight.

is fairly lightweight as these things go and has a number of features. Slimbox is another you might want to look at. On the other end of the spectrum is the code heavy Lightwindow. It's demo page does offer suggestions as to how to minimize the impact of its code weight though.
