all levels sticking

3) Describe problem: hello! i am noticing that my all levels menu sticks on "Topical" when moving through my menu. It's as if it's missing the command to hide itself on mouseoff.

actually, the issue is in ff/chrome. is there a fix to make this run properly in those browsers?
