CSS Frames display problem in IE 8

The bottom frame is not displaying in the correct position in IE8 when the "Our Boats" link is clicked on. Works well in FF and Google Chrome.

If anyone can tell me what I have to do to get this to work correctly as all the other pages display as they should, I would greatly appreciate it.

Problem sorted - Used table with 100% width & height and php include file for data.
