what does this site actually do?

this website came up on an office laptop after a routine scan...

Can I ask
what it does?
where would it come from and
why it appeared under the group 'sexually explicit' when it was scanned?

We have also found that, as it is being used at home as well as work, it does have malware on it too.

are both related or not?

I am very inexperienced with this and need all your experts help.
