I am pretty sure that http://www.speedtest.net does this, although it should be fairly simply to convert between the two.

You can try testmy.net/tools/convert.php for the conversion..
So your Uploading Speed should be 555Kbps = 0.56 Mbps, Downloading Speed is 1456Kbps = 1.46 Mbps
