Default getting drop down menu to overlay content below

I just figured out how to get the drop down menu working, but now I'm wondering how to get it to overlap with the rest of the content on the page.

I have the menu in an iframe at the top of the page, and unless the iframe is long enough, the options on the drop down don't show. However, that pushes the rest of my page down further. How do I get the drop down options to overlap?

    Here is an example: http://test.adarchitects.com/Pages/Firm_HP2.htm

I want the image and content - which are in a table - to be closer to the menu.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi there kapoth45,

I have reworked your page without the need for an iframe or javascript for the menu.

These endeavours can be found in the attached zip file.
