Convert HTML/CSS to Wordpress

1) Describe Work Request (be as detailed as possible): Three page web site template, to be converted to be compliant with wordpress as a template

2) Payment methods you support (ie: Paypal, 2checkout etc): Paypal would probably be easiest or ?

3) Just running out of time and can't seem to pull the theme together correctly

4) Submit quotes all taken withint reasonable consideration.
