Client can't see java slideshow, what gives?

3) Describe problem: I can see the slideshow in all browsers on MAC, but client can't see on PC/IE. She has Java enabled, so I can't figure out what's wrong...

I assume you're talking about Ultimate Fade In Slideshow right (your post originally linked to a menu script instead). Anyhow, checking your page in both IE6 and IE8, I can see the slideshow running.
