DDSmoothmenu and IE8

3) Describe problem: Terrific Menu and works perfectly in FireFox. However, when viewed in IE I encounter an issue. I have a youtube vid directly below the drop down Horiz menu. What happens is that the menu goes behind the vid when dropped down.
Did I miss a piece of code or is there a fix?

YouTube videos are in Flash, so you might want to try the suggestion described here, which is to add:

wmode="transparent"

inside your Flash object.
