Smooth Navigational Menu (not) running in IE7

3) Describe problem: In my application this does not work quite right in IE7.
So, to test this out, to see whether it was me or my understanding of the script, I displayed it in my browser (Firefox 3.5.2) and then switched it to run this application in IE7 (using a Firefox extension called IE Tab 1.5), which promptly crashed the browser. Every other site that I tried will happily run when I do this, but not this one; and this happened every time that I did this.
I realise that this is likely to be an issue with my browser, but I wondered if I was the only one with this problem. I don't use IE7 in it's native state on my PC (not sure if it is even still there), so don't know how to easily resolve this.

Does the problem with IE7 occur with the DD demo as well, or just on your own page? The script was actually developed when I was still running IE7 with lots of testing on it, so there shouldn't be any issues more so than in another browser.

FYI, I don't use IE Tab 1.5, but Multiple IE to test things out in various versions of IE.
