Lightbox 2 - Placement of Prev/Next buttons

3) Describe problem: I am using the Lightbox 2 code on a client's website, however they have requested that I change the position of the Prev/Next buttons. I have looked at the CSS, and I believe that it's simple, however I wanted to ask to confirm what I would do.

Is it as simple as adding a padding:top attribute?

ADDENDUM: The pictures change between portrait and landscape, so a percentage figure doesn't really work. I've also tried a margin-bottom:20%, but that didn't do anything.
