Is it possible to get this to work with either a rollover button, or a .swf button, i have tried both and neither seem to work

I have got the rollover button to sort of work but unfortunatly it only works once the script has done a full 360 of the button...

Example is here: http://segra.co.uk/scroll.html its the portfolio button between the two home buttons. It only works once the script has done a full 360.

I would prefer it if it would work with a .swf, but a rollover would do. Does anybody know how i can do this?
