1) Script Title: Bullet List Accordion Menu

3) Describe problem: i want to use the following script but i also want to add the hover state which changes the background image on mouse over for the Main headers how do i accomplish the same i dont want any other change in the script only this addition

I have no knowledge on programing css but i have tried but have not been able to get it running
Pls help

Dear Vic thank you very much first for replying to my question
i must say sorry for the delay in responding but i wanted to show u and discuss with a live site the site that i am working on is http://www.rupantat.org.in But i was delayed with other activities of my group.

I used the drop down menu as you suggested and i have two problems as u know i dont know much programing

#One the hover does not work
#second i have three menus which do not have a drop down list and when i click on them i have a problem
* One being the menu background does not change as it does with the drop down ones(Active link)
* Second if a drop down menu is open it does not close on clicking link like home.

Can u tell me where i went wrong
