Menu behind flash image, can't get wmode to reslove in script or embed

I am using AnyLink DropDown Menu

Sorry if this is answered somewhere, I have searched all over for additional info, but I have tried adding the wmode transparency tag to both the embed and the script, and still am getting the menu behind the flash object.

I have done this numerous times, but I think this may be the first time I have done a flash file with CS3 - is there something I need to edit in the AC_RunActiveContent.js file as well?
