GIMP layout to css codes

how can i make my gimp layout to html and css codes..

im trying to follow and make this layout with gimp, but i dont know how to make css and html codes out of it..

You have to export all the layers to separate images, then put it together like a normal layout.

OR - Use this plugin I found.
