3) Describe problem:
I use this code to : http://www.suarabola.com/ for the top scroller banner.
It seems that there's no bug at all, but if we use open new tab (Ctrl+T, using Mozilla Firefox), the banners go up for about 20 pixels height. (just Like in IE 7)

please help me to solve this problem.
