music playlist in a PHP/dynamic site

so i've created a site using PHP dynamic inclusions...it's completely dynamic. is there some way to add a music playlist of some sort that will play continuously in the site? i tried putting a regular old playlist, but since it's a dynamic site using dynamic inclusions for navigation, the music stops when someone clicks on a link to another page within the site, and then the music reloads and starts over again. i'd like for it to play through, even as someone is navigating through the site. does anyone know how to do this?

I know this isn't the best method,but wouldn't frames solve this problem?
