3) Describe problem: Can anyone help me... I've implemented the accordion menu into this website, and it all works perfectly except when each section is closed, it suddenly jumps??

Make sure your page contains a valid doctype at the very top, for example:

Try adjusting the widths of the 3 table columns that make up the layout of your page so all 3 columns comfortably house the contents inside them, especially the right most column. Also for the right most column, adding a "valign="top" attribute might be helpful.
